Trigun Episode 19: Hang Fire

Meryl is slacking off at work and gets woke up by Karen. Some coworkers gather around her desk and start to talk about how she was a witness to Vash making another crater on the fifth moon. She explains that it really wasn't that bad traveling with Vash, that he was actually a sensible man. Karen tells her she shouldn't look for comfort in men like Vash the Stampede. The chief calls Meryl into his office and tells her (much to her joy) that Vash appeared in Little Jersey, and that Meryl and Millie are to go after him. Meanwhile, a man in a truck picks up the half-dead Vash and Wolfwood, who had been traveling through the desert when Wolfwood's bike, Angelina, broke down. They start to argue when the driver yells at them to shut-up. He then asks where they want to go. The two can't decide on Cascara or New Oregon, and begin arguing again.
